Tranches de vie!

Yay! I found my cat! Oups! I repeat myself!

Yay! I'll be on vacations starting Friday night! Woohoo! My plans? Photo, photo, photo and hmmm photo! I mean, that was the plan when I bought the delicious lenses I procured myself with. Add to this: plenty of sleep, availability to meet friends, have tea (could be combined. Not sleep and friends, but tea and friends!), meeting new people if that is offered to me, reading and a walk/ photo shooting on the Mt-Royal. I am open for any exciting addition to my current list of activities. Maybe I should add a BBQ in the list... Anybody in?

Yay! My grand-father will leave the hospital tomorrow morning. Besides the post-surgery complications, he healed and progressed really quickly. Witnessing how extraordinarily in shape he is at 83,  made me think a lot. I mean, he didn't need any drugs before the age of 80 and that is because of his first angina crisis. Most people who get a triple bypass surgery aren't that old (maybe 50-60) and they are more damaged than my grand-father. His great shape is attributable to him being very active and jogging all his life. Last July, when he went for his arterial dilation, it made me realize that I should lift my lazy ass and start shaking it more vigourously. I never found any serious source of motivation for working out, but there, I found it. Seeing live what  exercice can do to you in the long run has been the best inertia breaker I could have imagined. Oh, that and the fact that it really improves your sexual life, of course! ;-) And so I did start to work out and I gotta admit, it feels better than I thought.

And tonight, I am watching a Japanese Samuraï gay thriller. :-D
